The Designers toolbox has a good set of reference tools for web and print designers alike. It's always good to have a handy standard when doing print or web design. Transmit is a pretty good Mac ftp program. While Cyberduck works well for what it is (Free). Transmit just works, and works well for doing any real website work. I just bought yojimbo and am loving it. It's basic premise is that of a finder replacement, but the .mac syncing and password storage are extremely cool. I've applied my own methodology of GTD to it and it seems to work pretty well. The web archiving, image and pdf storage, and not to mention notes organization make it a versatile swiss army knife app.

Apple finally upgraded the .mac account to 10GB. I guess I may have to use it for a bit longer. It's still a tad frustrating to find most of the items that Apple sells with this service is free with Google. But for now, the bookmark and addressbook syncing makes it almost justified. Another recent discovery I am trying out is MailTags. Truly a great program that allows you to "tag" your mail messages and add keywords to them. With a new job comes new responsibilities...And with that I have found that a few of my tasks were getting lost in the shuffle. I'm a big fan of using rules in Apple's Mail.app which is similar to Microsoft Entourage which is simialr to Microsoft Outlook.
